Carex comans 'Bronze'
Carex 'Bronze' produces long, very thin, lax, evergreen leaves with dark bronze-brown foliage all season. An unusual plant, like a mop of long hair. Winter and early season growth is tinged a beautiful coppery pink, like a new penny. This ornamental grass produces dense mounds with arching leaves and can be grown in the shade or sun. In varying shapes and colors, many are prized for the architectural features they bring to a garden.
