| Resist II U.S. PATENT Pending 11.8 lbs. per gallon @ 68° F Resist II is a fertilizer that is derived from
phosphorous acid and potassium hydroxide. This combination is intended to
stimulate early growth, root development and resistance to disease. Actagro has a patent pending on the process of combining these raw materials with organic acids and their use as a fungicidal compound. Field trials are underway to measure the effect on certain fungi such as Downy Mildew, Phytophthora and basic ice-nucleating bacteria. Actagro sponsored trials continue on lettuce, citrus, tomatoes, almonds and cherries. Organic phosphorous compounds with fungicidal properties and with fertilizer capabilities are not new, but none of the existing compounds contain the carbon molecular characteristics found in organic acids derived from leonardite. |

RESIST II contains a balance of
phosphorous and potassium which are intended to stimulate early
growth, root development, and resistance to disease. These nutrients
are combined to stimulate uptake, growth, fruit set, and allow for a
strong and vigorous plant structure. Phosphorous acid products are
intended to be used as a supplemental fertilizer treatment.
RESIST II is non-phytotoxic when used as directed and is compatible with most commonly used pesticides and fertilizers. RESIST II has a low salt index and can be applied as a foliar or used in drip or micro-sprinkler irrigation systems. When using RESIST II as a soil application on annual crops, you may experience a lesser response in the initial crop, with a corresponding superior response from succeeding crops. In addition, placement close to seeds or root zones may be injurious to crops. The effect may be aggravated by a soil pH below 6.5. RESIST II should not be applied to plants that are stressed by high temperature or lack of moisture. Warranty: Since weather, crops, soil and other conditions may vary, Actagro, LLC and/or the seller make no warranty of any kind, express or implied, concerning this product. The user assumes all risk of use and handling whether or not in accordance with directions or suggestions. |

RESIST II can be applied to most vegetable and cucurbits crops, field
crops, row crops, citrus, fruit and nut trees, vines, olives, avocado,
sod and turf, nursery and greenhouse plants, and ornamental farms.
RESIST II may be applied to the soil or used as a foliar. SOIL APPLICATION RATES All crops: Apply to the soil at 1 quart to 2 quarts per acre. RESIST II is most effective with drip or micro-sprinkler irrigation systems. Repeat as needed. ORNAMENTAL—NURSERY–GREENHOUSE: Apply .5 oz. to 1 oz. per 1000 sq. ft. Repeat as needed. FOLIAR APPLICATION RATES RESIST II may be applied by air or ground spray. Use the appropriate volume of water for the application method and the crop. Upon foliar application, the phosphite ions are taken up directly by the plant foliage and may undergo a degree of conversion to phosphate ions, or be utilized directly by the plants, as phosphite ions. Apply 1 quart to 2 quarts per acre. Repeat as needed. RESIST II is effective for the following: Vegetables, field and row crops, citrus, fruit and nut trees, vines, ornamentals and nursery plants, and turf. Application Precaution: As with all acid materials, user should exercise precaution to avoid potential foliar burning. Use caution if applying this product in combination with other materials since mixing could result in a potentially hazardous reaction caused by product incompatibilities. A compatibility test is recommended before tank mixing with other products. The pH of any final spray solution should be checked and an appropriate amount of the solution be applied to a small area of the intended crop to ensure plant compatibility prior to the application. USER ASSUMES FULL RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE PRODUCT, EQUIPMENT, AND PLANT COMPATIBILITIES. |
