Patios, balconies or large sunny windows can become your solution to the bland taste of store bought produce. Choose a pot or container and then add some tasty vegetable, herb or edible flower plants.
Well draining potting soil is key to getting good root development. You should consider hooking up a drip irrigation system to prevent your planters from drying out. 2 or 3 days in late Spring or Summer heat and that basket of bountiful produce will become a compost bucket.
