All Purpose Turf Fertilizer
Do you want a rich dark green lawn,
without a lot of spring and summer disease problems,
without a lot of weed problems,
without a huge amount of lawn mowing and clippings?
Then this is your fertilizer. The way it feeds the grass plant means a stronger, thicker more vigorous plant, not a rapid growing plant. Apply once a month during growing season.
This organic-acid based formulation contains a balanced NPK ratio of (6-24-6) with the added micronutrients of Zinc and Iron. Lawn – Gro is designed to be applied on a regular basis during the growing season. Fall applications will promote strong root and rhizome growth. This vigor reduces winter damage and enhances spring green up.
Spring applications should begin as soon as the weather starts to warm. Proper monthly fertilization will produce lush green turf, prevent weeds from establishing and help resist turf diseases like dollar spot, rust and fairy rings.
Lawn Gro is a liquid fertilizer that is best applied with a lawn sprayer, or hose-end sprayer. Gently shake to container, then pour and mix in your sprayer.
Dilute Lawn Gro 1:1 with water when using a hose-end sprayer with a standard 20:1 dilution factor. Use 1/2 qt of Lawn Gro to 2 gallons of water in a standard sprayer. Be sure to review the label for additional information and precautions.
Actagro Lawn Gro has a deep brown color when concentrated and is “tea-colored” when mixed. This unique color is due to the special formulation of Lawn-Gro Organic Acids. Spills may be easily cleaned by rinsing with water.
When spraying, begin at the far-end of the lawn, spray in a wide swath and avoid walking in the treated areas. The spray will not harm you in any way, but may stain light colored shoes or clothing. Over spray will wash away the next time you water your lawn. Application is best done during the cool of the morning or evening. Spray just to the point of run off.
Repeat applications are recommended on a monthly basis or as often as needed to maintain a healthy green lawn. Fall application is especially beneficial to the health and vigor of the turf.
