Welcome to the newest introduction from Bill Radler, who not only redefined disease resistance in roses, but also is bringing the term Flower Power to new heights. 'White Out' is the latest illustration of his work and will satisfy landscapers and homeowners in most parts of the country, especially on the West Coast where it will offer a more compact alternative to 'Iceberg'. Although in some instances it can get black spot, it is never to the point it is detrimental to the aesthetics of the plant or to the landscape for which it is designed. In fact, it is the best white shrub rose we've introduced since 'Sea Foam' 45 years ago and will be a great companion to the Knock Out® roses in any landscape of the country except for the most prone to the dreaded B-word disease.
