The flowers of this hybrid perpetual rose have an unusual
velvety violet color, fully doubled, and very fragrant. The leaves are gray-green
and the stems are nearly thornless. Blooms repeatedly from early summer to frost
with the help of deadheading. This rose will benefit from regular fertilizing.
Very popular in the late 1800’s.
