Hansa Rugosa Rose

Double, violet-red, very fragrant blossoms that appear in a large flush in early summer, and then repeat all summer, followed by large, scarlet hips. This plant grows about 6 feet tall and develops a vase-like shape making it suitable to grow by itself. Very reliable and winter hardy. Winter hardy to Zone 3.

Introduced in 1905 and still growing strong. Thrives in brutal climates Zones 3 to 11
