This new Town & Country® rose was bred in Denmark. Memphis(TM) is a modern shrub rose that is exceptionally cold hardy and disease resistant. The dainty bright red flowers on this semi-double rose are very small and have a wonderful wild rose fragrance. This medium size shrub will bloom through out the season and is diverse enough to include in almost any garden design.
