Natural Control Of Spider Mites
5
00 Predator mite & 1,000 Green Lacewing

DO NOT REFRIGERATE - keep cool and out of sunlight and get ready to use your beneficial insects. Use within 3 days of purchase or before the expiration date.

DO NOT FREEZE - you will kill them, keep them cool them before you use them.
DO NOT EXPOSE TO HEAT - you will “cook” them. While still in the package they cannot be exposed heat. They may be stored at room temperatures for few of days only.
DO NOT EXPOSE TO SUNLIGHT - Sunlight will heat the package and kill the beneficial insects that are inside.
REMEMBER TO RELEASE THEM - Do Not Wait Until You Can See Them - Trust us, they are inside the package. In most cases they are too small for you to see. You need to release your beneficial insects as soon as possible to get the best results.
ALWAYS USE THE PACKAGE - it would be difficult to maintain the product quality. The Spider Mite Defense Kit  is shipped with the correct species of beneficial predator mites and Green Lacewing to provide control of the spider mite pests indicated on your leaf samples. They are in ready to use containers labeled with the coverage area to make the selection process quite easy and hassle free. The application takes less than a few minutes and lasts for 14 days. In most cases your plants will get the most effective season long pest control if you make at least 3 releases 2 weeks apart. The Spider mite Predators  is not compatible with most insecticides. Many fungicides can be used and pose only minor problems. Contact your retailer or us for the latest test details on chemical compatibility.
The Spider Mite predators  are intended to be used as preventative pest control against the pests on the label. If you have an established infestation of;
¥ Spider mites use  Spider Mite Predators
¥ Whiteflies use the Whitefly Defense Kit, or other proper product
¥ Other foliage feeding pests apply a pyrethrin or neem extract garden spray

Easy Application Of The Spider Mite Defense Kit

green Lacewing - Aphid Destroyer

1) Make your application any time of the day, just avoid direct sunlight on the containers during the application process because it may cook them.

2) Do not apply to dusty trees and plants. It is best to wash down dusty plants and trees. Dust kills beneficial insects and pest Spider Mites are attracted to dusty plants. Wait until the plants are nearly or totally dry and then make your application.

3) Remember the minimum amount of Lacewing eggs/ larvae you want is 1 to 5 per small plant (tomato) 5 to 10 per medium shrub (rose bush) 50 to 100 per tree. per tree. Mix the container of Lacewing eggs and bran into the white pouches and place them in the plant. Or wait until the larva are clearly visible and shake them all over the plants that need to be treated.

Do not release on rain days. Hot weather is fine.

ALWAYS RELEASE WITHIN  THE DAY OF THE ARRIVAL DATE.
RELEASING MITE PREDATORS
SPIDER MITE VIALS; Predator mites are packaged in loose bran flake, corn grit or other “media”. Simply shake the Spider Mite Predators and media into the release cups or deposit on the leaves of the plant. Then place the lid and the mite container in the leaves for any remaining Spider Mite Predators to walk out of. The predator mites will move into the foliage of the plant and begin hunting and eating the pest mites right away.

Remember you will need to make 2 to 3 releases 14 day to 21 days apart to get the best results.
