Vegetable Gardening
Time is your worst enemy in building, maintain and harvesting from your garden. What ever time is left in your day to manage your garden is only part of the problem. Seasonal weather conditions, pest problems, nutrient uptake and watering schedules all limit the amount of time that can be lost from the growing schedule of your plants. Many plants are ready to harvest in 90 to 120 days, and what you will be able and the quality of that harvest is decided long before that. Everything you do to prepare the garden and then maintain it will increase the quality before your plants expire and ready for the compost pile.
